Senior Specialist – Loyalty Program Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the management and evolution of a strategic loyalty program for a leading Australian bank. The role sits within Mastercard Loyalty Solutions and works at the intersection of loyalty, payments, data and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to key customer stakeholders, building strong relationships that support long‑term program success.
• Manage day‑to‑day program operations, communicating performance, milestones, risks and opportunities to clients and internal teams.
• Support delivery of program outcomes across product, operational and offer content initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, technology, analytics and commercial teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer success using Mastercard’s broader suite of services.
• Capture customer insights, market trends and emerging opportunities to continuously improve program performance.
• Partner with Finance to support regular program invoicing and commercial operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship, account or program management, preferably within the Australian loyalty or financial services ecosystem.
• Strong track record of delivering positive customer outcomes and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and responsiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
