Senior Marketing Communications Partner

About the role

TechnologyOne is looking for a senior, hands‑on Marketing Communications Partner to lead strategic content creation and delivery across multiple audiences and channels. The role demands urgency, high workload management, and trusted partnership with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and industry teams to design and execute strategic communications initiatives.
• Create engaging content in formats such as product launch communications, customer case studies, thought‑leadership articles, research reports, webinar scripts, user‑group updates, SEO‑focused website copy, campaign assets, video scripts, brochures, eBooks, conference presentations, and executive speaking materials.
• Manage website content updates to keep information current and relevant.
• Support relationships with industry analysts, research organisations, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all communications align with brand standards, corporate messaging, and tone of voice.
• Provide content review, editing, and quality assurance across marketing communications activities.
• Contribute to communication strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth in key markets.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, content marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work at pace.
• Experience in fast‑moving environments, either agency or in‑house.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex products, services, and industries and translate them into compelling content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
