Senior Marketing and Communications Leader

About the role

ACOR, a national employee‑owned engineering consultancy, is seeking a senior leader to shape its marketing, brand and communications function. Reporting to the CEO, you will influence the firm’s market profile and growth across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national marketing, brand and communications strategy.
• Strengthen market presence through targeted campaigns, thought leadership and digital engagement.
• Protect and promote the ACOR brand across all external channels.
• Partner with technical and business leaders to create compelling content showcasing expertise, projects and people.
• Oversee digital presence, including website, social media and content strategy.
• Measure performance and identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and business growth.

Required profile

• Senior marketing leadership experience in engineering, professional services, consulting or a comparable B2B environment.
• Proven success developing and executing brand, marketing and communications strategies delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with CEOs, executives and senior stakeholders to influence organisational direction.
• Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex technical information into market‑facing content.
• Commercially focused, proactive leader combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
