Senior Manager - Finance

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance to lead finance, commercial governance and project controls on a multi‑billion‑dollar infrastructure project in Victoria. Reporting to the Project Director, you will partner with executive leadership, shareholders, lenders and government stakeholders to ensure financial and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance, commercial governance, compliance and project‑controls activities across the project.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash‑flow management and long‑term financial planning.
• Manage project finance obligations, including funding arrangements, lender compliance and financial‑close activities.
• Prepare and present board papers, shareholder reports and strategic financial recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, government agencies, auditors and advisors.

Required profile

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in major infrastructure, PPP, energy or construction projects.
• Strong expertise in project finance, funding management and financing compliance.
• Proven ability to manage large project budgets, cost controls and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement with experience presenting to boards and government bodies.
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification with tertiary education in finance, accounting or economics.
