Senior Manager, Culture & Leader Experience

About the role

The Senior Manager, Culture & Leader Experience is responsible for evolving and embedding ANZ’s culture across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Culture and Leadership COE, the role leads the design and delivery of the Culture Embedment stream, ensuring values and behaviours are integrated into leadership routines, people processes and enterprise mechanisms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end Culture Embedment stream, aligning initiatives with ANZ’s culture, values and behaviours.
• Design and deliver enterprise‑wide programmes that build awareness, belief and measurable behaviour change.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and challenge senior stakeholders on translating culture into business practices and leadership routines.
• Integrate values into core people processes such as performance, recruitment, onboarding and learning.
• Develop tools, frameworks and guidance that define and reinforce values‑aligned behaviours across the organisation.
• Support the incorporation of culture into broader enterprise policies, risk architecture and scorecards.
• Deliver enterprise‑wide campaigns and experiences, adapting solutions based on data, learnings and audience needs.
• Partner with Communications and Change teams to create an integrated narrative and embedment plan.
• Utilise culture champions and change‑management mechanisms to scale impact.
• Operate effectively in a fast‑paced, complex and evolving environment, overseeing planning and sequencing of culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale culture or change programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior leaders.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, scalable interventions.
• Experience embedding cultural values into people processes and enterprise frameworks.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
