About the role

Join a growing, collaborative Corporate Tax team at KPMG Australia, working directly with partners and senior client stakeholders on complex, commercially significant tax matters for leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for value creation.
• Lead complex, high‑profile engagements on Australian and cross‑border tax matters, managing strategy, quality, risk and commercial outcomes.
• Develop new market opportunities, contribute to proposals and thought leadership, and strengthen external profile.
• Collaborate across KPMG’s Australian and global network to bring the right specialists to each client challenge.
• Lead, coach and sponsor high‑performing, inclusive teams.

Required profile

• Strong tax technical capability combined with commercial judgement.
• Inclusive, collaborative leadership style with a track record of building enduring client relationships.
• Proven ability to identify and convert market opportunities and challenge established thinking.
• Sound judgement, effective risk management and focus on practical solutions.
