Senior Manager, Business Analysis Practice

About the role

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis Practice leads the Business Analysis Practice within ANZ's Transformation Delivery Hub, ensuring high‑quality analysis, stakeholder engagement and business design outcomes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision, priorities and improvement roadmap for the Business Analysis Practice.
• Drive adoption of contemporary business analysis approaches, standards and industry best practices.
• Provide expert advice, coaching and constructive challenge to practitioners, delivery teams and senior leaders.
• Lead capability development, career pathways and professional development initiatives for business analysts.
• Establish and continuously improve analysis standards, methods, tools and guidance materials.
• Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, diverse teams and building organisational capability in a regulated environment.
• Significant experience developing business analysis capability, business architecture or process improvement functions.
• Deep knowledge of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Strong expertise in requirements management, stakeholder engagement and solution assessment.
