Senior Manager, AI Hub

About the role

RAA is launching a new AI Hub in Adelaide CBD, reporting to the Head of Data & AI, to embed artificial intelligence as an operating principle across the organisation. As Senior Manager, AI Hub, you will build the capability from the ground up, establish its operating model, governance and delivery approach, and lead a portfolio of AI initiatives that improve member experiences, employee productivity and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the operating model, governance and delivery approach for the AI Hub
• Lead a portfolio of AI initiatives that improve member experiences, productivity and create measurable business outcomes
• Work across technology, data, risk, governance and business teams to shape AI adoption at scale
• Lead a specialist team and foster AI capability across the wider organisation

Required profile

• Significant experience leading AI, data, digital or business transformation initiatives in complex environments
• Track record of turning strategic ambitions into prioritised portfolios and measurable outcomes
• Experience establishing or leading enterprise capabilities, centres of excellence or transformation functions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence leaders across technology, business, risk and governance
• Understanding of responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance frameworks needed to scale AI safely
