AI Hub Delivery Lead

About the role

RAA is building an AI-first transformation and is establishing a dedicated AI Hub to embed artificial intelligence across the organisation, improving insights, reporting, workflows, member journeys and service delivery. This is a full-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD, reporting to the Senior Manager AI Hub, with the aim of turning AI ambition into real-world outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI initiatives across the organisation, taking them from concept through to implementation and adoption
• Work closely with business leaders, technology teams and external partners to coordinate the delivery pipeline and manage competing priorities
• Ensure AI solutions create measurable impact and help teams work smarter and make better decisions
• Establish delivery rhythms, drive agile ways of working and build a high-performing specialist team

Required profile

• Significant experience leading AI, data, digital or business transformation initiatives in complex environments
• Track record of turning strategic ambitions into prioritised portfolios and measurable outcomes
• Experience establishing or leading enterprise capabilities, centres of excellence or transformation functions
• Strategic leadership with the ability to engage and influence leaders across technology, business, risk and governance functions
• Understanding of responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance frameworks needed to scale AI safely and effectively
