Senior Loan Kit Team Lead

About the role

Join the Orthopaedics division of Johnson & Johnson in South Australia as a Senior Loan Kit Team Lead, overseeing daily loan kit operations to ensure orthopaedic surgical kits are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily loan kit warehouse operations across dispatch and receiving, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, compliance and cost.
• Coach and develop the team through clear objectives, regular feedback, performance dashboards and structured development plans.
• Drive team performance to ensure customer orders are processed, packed and dispatched accurately and on schedule.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resolve kit issues.
• Partner with sales, customer service and freight providers to resolve issues, manage outstanding orders and optimise freight costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, training records and compliance with quality systems, SOPs and the Five Quality Principles.
