Senior Loan Kit Team Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a results‑driven Senior Loan Kit Team Lead to manage daily loan kit operations for orthopaedic surgical kits in Adelaide, South Australia. You will lead a high‑performing team to ensure kits are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time, supporting patient safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations for loan kit dispatch and receiving, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, compliance and cost.
• Coach and develop team members through clear objectives, performance dashboards and structured development plans.
• Drive order processing, packing and dispatch to meet accuracy, efficiency and timeliness targets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resolve kit issues.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and freight providers to resolve issues and optimise freight costs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, training records and compliance with quality systems and SOPs.

Required profile

• Proven success leading teams in high‑volume, complex environments.
• Strong ability to identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Empathetic leadership style that drives KPI achievement and team development.
• Experience handling SAP/ERP systems.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with suppliers and customers.
