Senior Litigation Lawyer – Parramatta

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our expanding Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Parramatta. The successful candidate will handle complex, high‑value disputes across commercial, equity, construction and general litigation, working autonomously while collaborating closely with senior lawyers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
• Run commercial, equity, construction and general litigation files.
• Appear in court, mediations and negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, affidavits and provide legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and leadership on complex matters.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers as the team grows.

Required profile

• Approximately 7+ years post‑admission experience.
• Strong general litigation background.
• Experience in building and construction disputes is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage matters autonomously.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset and contribution to a positive culture.
