Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Join a high‑performing in‑house design team within a leading health, wellness and consumer goods organisation. You will own end‑to‑end design projects, shaping visual identities for product packaging, digital marketing and video assets while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design and produce packaging, labeling, trade/POS, print and digital marketing assets.
• Create and edit short‑form video builds, TVCs and TVRs using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Draft and refine copy and scripts for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Maintain regulatory compliance across all artwork, adhering to health and therapeutic goods advertising codes.
• Integrate generative AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate design workflows.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in Monday.com, collaborating with product and marketing leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a highly regulated sector such as health, pharma, FMCG, legal or banking.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, compliant, high‑quality creative at a fast pace.
• Comfort working within established brand guidelines and direct‑response marketing frameworks.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – expert proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Skilled in using generative AI tools and prompt engineering for design efficiency.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Monday.com.
