Senior Graphic Designer - Health & Wellness

About the role

Aquent is recruiting a Senior Graphic Designer for an in-house creative team within a leading health, wellness and consumer goods organisation. You will take full end-to-end ownership of design briefs and drive the visual identity of a growing product portfolio, from initial concept to final execution across packaging, digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design and produce high-quality assets for product packaging, labelling, digital marketing, trade/POS materials and print collateral.
• Assemble, edit and polish short-form digital video builds, TVCs and TVRs using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (videography skills not required).
• Help draft and refine scripts for video builds and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all artwork complies with regulatory guidelines, advertising codes and compliance frameworks for health and therapeutic goods.
• Use AI prompt engineering and creative AI tools to improve design efficiency.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects via Monday.com, working closely with product and marketing leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a regulated industry such as health, pharma, complementary medicines, FMCG, legal or banking, where attention to detail and compliance are critical.
• Ability to deliver compliant, accurate and high-quality creative quickly in high-volume campaign cycles.
• Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and direct-response marketing frameworks.

Required skills

• Expert Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Generative AI tools and prompt techniques.
• Project management in Monday.com.
