Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

This senior graphic designer position is within an in‑house creative team for a leading health, wellness and consumer goods organization. You will own design briefs from concept to final execution, shaping visual identity across packaging, digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design and produce assets for product packaging, labeling, digital marketing, trade/POS materials and print collateral.
• Assemble, edit and polish short‑form digital video builds, TVCs and TVRs using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Draft and refine script writing for video builds and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all artwork complies with regulatory guidelines, advertising codes and health‑related compliance frameworks.
• Utilise AI prompt engineering and generative AI tools to improve design efficiency.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects via Monday.com, collaborating with product and marketing leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a regulated industry such as health, pharma, FMCG, legal or banking, with strong attention to detail and compliance.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality, compliant creative quickly within high‑volume campaign cycles.
• Comfort working within established brand guidelines and direct‑response marketing frameworks.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Skilled in using generative AI tools and prompt engineering for design tasks.
