Senior Full Stack Developer - Web3

About the role

A partner company is recruiting a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a Web3 technology environment that builds market intelligence solutions and decentralized trading infrastructure. The developer takes ownership of architecture and implementation across frontend applications, backend services and blockchain integrations, working with a highly experienced engineering team. The role is fully remote, based in Poland, with flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end full stack development across React-based interfaces, Node.js backend services and Web3 integrations.
• Design, develop and scale decentralized applications integrating blockchain wallets, DeFi protocols and on-chain data sources.
• Integrate Web3 libraries, SDKs, third-party packages and APIs into secure, reliable workflows.
• Architect systems meeting demands for performance, scalability, security and interoperability.
• Develop and optimize infrastructure handling high volumes of real-time market data and blockchain activity.
• Own the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through deployment, monitoring and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, technical strategy and emerging Web3 technologies.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years of full stack development focused on Web3 and blockchain applications.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Web3 applications to production and integrating wallets, DeFi protocols and on-chain data sources.
• Proven experience designing and scaling data-intensive, real-time systems.
• Fluent English and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with multi-chain development (Ethereum and Solana) is an advantage; familiarity with Prisma, Zod, tRPC and Fastify is a plus.
