Senior FP&A Finance Manager

About the role

This senior position sits within a high‑profile ASX‑listed group and reports directly to the Head of Finance. You will partner with executive stakeholders to deliver insightful reporting, analytics and commercial finance support while leading a small, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a small finance team and ensure timely delivery of monthly management reports.
• Conduct performance analysis, financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Develop ad‑hoc business cases and provide commercial finance insights.
• Identify and drive business performance improvements.
• Lead group‑wide finance and system transformation projects.
• Support strategic objectives and deliver key group deliverables.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification.
• 12+ years of experience, including senior finance manager roles in large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting and large ERP environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior executives.
• Strong leadership and collaborative mindset in a high‑performance setting.
