Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Join Journey Beyond's Resorts & Lodges division as a Senior FP&A Analyst, supporting the financial performance of iconic Australian resorts. You will work closely with operational leaders to shape budgets, forecasts and commercial insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long‑range planning processes for the division.
• Develop forecasting models for revenue, occupancy and costs, and build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses.
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify risks, trends and opportunities.
• Deliver forecast and actual reporting for group, board and owner reporting.
• Coordinate monthly performance reviews, providing key insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with strong curiosity and data‑driven insight generation.
• 4–5 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting or a Big 4/mid‑tier accounting firm.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or related field; CA or CPA completed or in progress.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
