Senior Finance Business Partner – Facilities Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Finance Business Partner – Facilities Maintenance will act as the strategic finance lead for Sodexo’s multi‑site facilities maintenance portfolio. Reporting to senior operational leaders, the role provides financial insight, commercial guidance and strategic support to drive profitability and long‑term contract sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business case development for facilities maintenance operations.
• Analyse investment decisions, workforce structures, subcontractor models and asset investments to ensure optimal financial outcomes.
• Own the financial narrative, including P&L performance, cost‑driver analysis, forecasts, budgets and governance reporting.
• Provide oversight of financial governance, compliance and risk management in line with Sodexo policies.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline.
• 7+ years of finance business partnering, commercial finance or cost control experience.
• Proven track record influencing executive leaders in a large, complex operational environment.
• Experience leading business transformation and commercial improvement initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
