Senior Finance Analyst – Global Infrastructure & Energy

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Infrastructure + Energy Finance Team. Reporting to the Finance Team Lead and Global Finance Director, you will provide financial oversight for the Business Line and lead key finance activities across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Manage detailed financial data for timely reporting and informed business decisions, including commercial, financial and project performance analysis.
• Lead the forecast and budget processes for the Business Line and support lock‑up management, invoicing and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Provide financial governance to achieve ANZ’s targets, assist with project financial analysis, cost allocation and earned‑value reporting.
• Support major projects, joint ventures and alliances with cost monitoring, invoicing, cash‑flow management and audits.
• Assist with training, system roll‑outs and queries related to project finance, accounts payable/receivable and general finance duties.

Required profile

• Degree in Commerce or Accounting.
• Experience in a senior financial analyst role within a global organisation, working across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advanced SAP experience and previous team‑management experience.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver without supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a culturally diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Power BI.
