About the role
A leading Western Australian law firm is looking for a Family Lawyer to join a collaborative, well-supported team in Albany. The firm describes itself as people-first, with a modern office, leading legal technology and flexible work options, and offers mentorship from experienced senior lawyers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle property settlements and financial agreements
- Deal with parenting arrangements and custody matters
- Work on divorce and de facto separation cases
- Provide dispute resolution and mediation for private clients
Required profile
- Minimum 5+ years of private practice experience in family law
- Current Australian practising certificate
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for collaborative work and willingness to grow within a supportive, inclusive firm
