Personal Injury Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate)

About the role

A leading plaintiff firm is recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate personal injury lawyer based in Dandenong, Melbourne's eastern suburbs. Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients on personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, public liability matters and abuse law (if desired).
• Interview clients, gather evidence and prepare legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of personal injury legislation and case law.
• Provide client service and support throughout the claims process.
• Work with other legal professionals and experts to build strong cases.

Required profile

• 3+ years of practice as a personal injury lawyer.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in personal injury claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
