Senior Family Law Lawyer – Sydney (Hybrid)

About the role

Our client is a values‑driven family law firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. They are seeking a senior family lawyer with at least five years post‑admission experience to join their collaborative, resolution‑focused practice on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex family law matters with minimal supervision.
• Advise clients on non‑litigious pathways, including collaborative and negotiated outcomes.
• Run files end‑to‑end, ensuring high quality, strategic thinking and client care.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers as needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑admission experience in family law.
• Strong technical capability combined with sound judgment and empathy.
• Commitment to a values‑driven, wellbeing‑focused culture.
