Senior Facilities Coordinator

About the role

JLL is looking for a dynamic Senior Facilities Coordinator to join its onsite team supporting a global investment management client in Sydney CBD. The role blends facilities management with reception duties, playing a key part in delivering a seamless workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the on‑site point of contact for all facilities issues and incident management.
• Manage the reception area, operate the switchboard, greet visitors, control access passes and book meeting rooms.
• Oversee mailroom operations and general office duties.
• Process facilities requests using client software, support health & safety and risk management.
• Assist with procurement, vendor management, purchase orders and financial reporting, including monthly operational reports and annual budget preparation.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate reception, facilities, or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle conflicting priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to varied tasks.
