Senior Director, Investor Relations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead our IR practice within the Strategic Communications division. Based in Melbourne, you will work with a high‑performing team of consultants serving ASX‑listed companies and other global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple client projects and manage a portfolio of investor relations engagements.
• Develop and execute tailored IR strategies, including financial calendar planning and market outreach.
• Represent clients in direct stakeholder interactions and oversee the creation of presentations, ASX announcements, key messages and Q&A materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, stockbrokers, research analysts and other advisors.
• Identify potential issues early and devise strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm and contribute to business development efforts.
• Support the growth of Sodali & Co’s brand and client base.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in investor relations, financial communications or capital‑markets advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex client accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Track record of developing and delivering IR strategies for listed companies.
• Excellent written communication for drafting high‑quality client collateral.
