Senior Digital Project Manager

About the role

An award-winning independent digital agency specialising in creativity, technology and innovation is hiring a Senior Digital Project Manager in Perth. The role leads the delivery of complex digital projects and acts as a strategic partner to clients while mentoring multidisciplinary project teams. The agency has offices across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital products including websites, applications and digital platforms
• Lead project scoping, requirements gathering, roadmaps, user stories and technical specifications
• Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations throughout delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams of strategists, designers, developers and digital specialists
• Manage project budgets, timelines, risks and resource allocation
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, grooming sessions and retrospectives
• Identify project risks, mitigate scope creep and ensure successful outcomes

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing digital projects within an agency environment
• Proven experience delivering websites, applications and digital products from concept to launch
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Strategic mindset, strong leadership and mentoring experience, and a collaborative, proactive approach
