Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Social Media

About the role

MECCA is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Social Media to shape the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. In this leadership position you will drive strategy, creative direction and execution of owned social channels, bringing the iconic in‑store experience to a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver MECCA’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Lead, inspire and grow a high‑performing team of content creators and social specialists.
• Own the social content budget, manage agency partnerships and production investments.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR & Influencer, Paid Media, Events and Category Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns, launches and flagship moments.
• Use data, insights and emerging trends to optimise performance while ensuring brand excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Strategic and creative social leader with a commercial mindset.
• Proven experience leading social media, content or digital marketing teams for consumer brands.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing people.
• Experience managing budgets, external agencies and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Data‑driven approach, using insights to inform strategy and continuously optimise performance.
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
