Portfolio Marketing Manager APAC

About the role

Join Link Snacks as a Portfolio Marketing Manager for the APAC region, reporting to the Marketing Director. You will shape brand strategy, drive innovation, and execute integrated marketing programs across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction of the APAC brand portfolio, creating annual brand plans and growth strategies.
• Translate consumer insights into commercially successful innovations, managing projects from concept through launch.
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing programs across digital, social, PR, content, influencer and shopper channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Procurement to achieve brand and portfolio goals.
• Manage agency relationships, support team development and help build a high‑performing marketing function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of FMCG marketing experience with progressive responsibility.
• Proven track record of building and growing consumer brands in a complex FMCG environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, budget management experience and ability to deliver profitable growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn consumer and category insights into actionable strategies.
