Senior Digital Designer

About the role

This senior role sits inside the Media & Performance team and owns the end‑to‑end ad creative product, from concept through to live assets across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and programmatic channels. You will build the design system, templates and AI prompts that make everyday ads fast to produce while also delivering premium motion and video work.

Key responsibilities

• Own static, motion and video ad creative for clients in property, home building, aged care, education and finance.
• Design and launch landing pages, forms and thank‑you journeys that convert, using wireframes provided by the team.
• Create and maintain a design system with templates, component libraries and brand kits per client.
• Define tiered ad product offerings and pricing together with the Director of Media & Performance.
• Develop and execute creative test plans, report performance alongside media results, and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 5+ years in design, with at least 2 years focused on paid digital ad creative and performance data.
• Portfolio demonstrating ads that delivered measurable results.
• Commercial curiosity – you track ad cost, return and continuously optimise.
• Comfortable being the most senior designer in the team and driving cross‑functional decisions.

Required skills

• Motion and video editing tools: After Effects, Premiere, CapCut (or equivalents).
• Design and prototyping: Figma and a landing‑page builder.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI for image and video (Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Veo, Sora or similar).
• Experience building templates or systems that enable others to produce on‑brand work.
