Senior CRM Specialist

About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to shape and execute multi‑channel customer engagement strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing & Growth team to turn first‑time users into lifelong fans across email, push notifications and in‑app messages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and activate end‑to‑end CRM strategies, focusing on email, push and in‑app channels.
• Continuously refine multi‑channel communications and retention tactics, ensuring campaigns are performance‑driven.
• Support the CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycles, contact strategies and key segmentation.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting and ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses with clear success metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile/web environments.
• Proficient in English with strong copywriting abilities.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a high‑pace workload.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Mailchimp or Sendgrid (or similar ESP)
• HTML coding
• A/B testing and dynamic email templates
