Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

eShepherd is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to own the digital engine that drives customer acquisition, lead generation and engagement across its international markets. You will work strategically and hands‑on to develop growth initiatives, optimise performance and build scalable programmes for global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global digital marketing strategy covering paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation and digital campaigns.
• Manage agency and platform partnerships to maximise ROI and performance.
• Use data, analytics and experimentation to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution and growth outcomes.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to enable consistent, scalable growth programmes worldwide.
• Identify emerging opportunities across digital platforms, marketing technology and AI‑enabled solutions.

Required profile

• Proven success driving customer acquisition, lead generation and growth through digital channels.
• Experience across multiple markets, regions or customer segments.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Confidence influencing stakeholders and managing external partners.
• Background in a growth‑stage, technology, SaaS or innovation‑led business is advantageous.
