Senior Content Producer

About the role

Join Vistaprint's Marketing team in Sydney or Melbourne and lead the end‑to‑end content production process for high‑volume paid social campaigns. You will work hands‑on on location shoots, manage talent and vendors, and ensure the final assets meet campaign goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content production workflow from brief to post‑production delivery.
• Lead paid social content creation for Meta, TikTok and YouTube, including on‑site shoot management.
• Source and negotiate with talent, photographers, videographers and other suppliers.
• Manage contracts, budgets and vendor agreements.
• Oversee post‑production workflows and tag assets in the Bynder DAM system.
• Collaborate with internal creative, GTM, PR, social, eCommerce, retail and product teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of content production experience with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Photography or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver high volumes of content from a single shoot.
• Strong communication, people skills and a proactive, ideas‑first approach.

Required skills

• Experience producing paid social content for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proficiency with digital asset management using Bynder.
• Knowledge of post‑production processes and workflows.
