Senior Consultant - Workforce Transformation and Change

About the role

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant in Workforce Advisory (Workforce Transformation and Change) in Boorloo, Perth. You will take a visible role on complex, high-impact transformation engagements, working directly with senior client leaders to turn workforce strategy into measurable organisational outcomes. The role combines structured consulting, change management and workforce expertise, and may be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams across change management and workforce advisory engagements, from diagnosis and planning through to implementation, adoption and benefit realisation.
• Partner with client leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, shape stakeholder and communications strategies and develop practical workforce solutions for complex transformation programs.
• Contribute to high-quality client deliverables, proposals and practice development while coaching junior team members and building trusted relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated consulting experience at Senior Consultant level in a Big 4 or comparable professional services environment, focused on change management, workforce advisory or organisational transformation.
• Hands-on experience delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption or workforce transformation activities across complex programs.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and written communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience in the mining or resources industry is highly desirable, particularly in operational transformation, technology-enabled change or workforce initiatives.
