Senior Consultant – Site Investigation & Remediation

About the role

ERM is looking for senior contaminated land consultants to join its Australian offices and provide technical leadership, strategic direction and project management for mining, government and oil & gas clients.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and deliver sustainable outcomes and site closures.
• Lead business development activities, write proposals and secure large, strategic projects.
• Manage large, multidisciplinary projects and oversee technical report production.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants and multiple project teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in earth science, environmental science, engineering, planning or related field.
• 10+ years of consulting experience with contaminated sites, preferably in mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, infrastructure or development sectors within the WA market.
• Established client contacts and knowledge of the Perth/WA market and local regulatory context.
• Proven track record in winning large projects and mentoring high‑performing teams.
• Authorization to work in Australia.
