Plant Operator - Collections

About the role

Join a team dedicated to keeping the community clean, safe and sustainable. As a Plant Operator – Collections you will be responsible for waste collection, landfill and gatehouse operations while operating a range of plant and machinery. You will also deliver quality service to customers and support the daily delivery of Council waste services.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake waste collection and manage landfill and gatehouse activities.
• Operate a variety of plant and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Provide high‑quality service to customers and support day‑to‑day waste service delivery.

Required profile

• Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment checks.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a range of plant and machinery.
• Experience in waste collection operations.
