Senior Communications Coordinator

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Senior Communications Coordinator for its CEO, Board and Strategy Communications team. The role supports high-profile executive communications, leadership events and strategic projects, coordinating plans, stakeholders, suppliers, approvals and logistics, and producing clear written, visual and video content. It is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) based at Level 9, 833 Collins Street, Docklands.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate executive communications, leadership events and strategic projects, managing plans, stakeholders, suppliers, approvals and logistics.
• Develop high-quality written, visual and multimedia content, including presentations and video, using approved messaging and templates.
• Manage research, reputation and sentiment-analysis projects, and support communications measurement and reporting.
• Publish communications to large employee audiences and use data, feedback and channel insights to improve content and engagement.
• Maintain accurate plans, materials, actions and records while supporting changing priorities across the team.

Required profile

• Ideally strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven organisation and project coordination skills, including managing competing deadlines and stakeholders.
• Sound judgement, discretion and a proactive, collaborative working style, able to adapt and follow through in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
• Multimedia or publishing experience is valued.
