Account Manager - Social Video Agency

About the role

Viewix is a Sydney-based social video agency that creates Reels and Meta ads that generate qualified inbound leads. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Account Manager based in Dulwich Hill, NSW. The Account Manager manages a portfolio of client accounts, acts as the main point of contact and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with video producers and brief creative teams
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports and presentations for clients
• Handle scheduling, follow up on action items and manage feedback cycles
• Proactively identify ways to improve results and deepen client relationships
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and creatives to keep service quality and communication high

Required profile

• Experience in client account management, preferably in a marketing, advertising or creative agency
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, able to manage several client accounts at once
• Understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and Meta), digital marketing and performance-focused campaigns
• Solid organisation and time-management skills, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working on-site with creative and production teams
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in video or creative production is highly beneficial

Required skills

• Proficiency with common productivity and project management tools such as Google Workspace
• Basic data and reporting skills
