Senior Client-Side Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a senior client‑side project manager to lead a diverse portfolio of building projects across education, commercial, health and residential sectors. You will operate in a flat, supportive consultancy environment where autonomy and collaboration are balanced.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 20‑30 concurrent construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Utilise the dedicated scheduling and planning function to secure resourcing.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with a small, experienced team while exercising independent decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of client‑side project management experience in the built environment (non‑IT).
• Proven delivery of building projects in education, commercial, health or residential sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close‑knit team.
