Senior Client Advisor - Luxury Retail

About the role

Fendi, the Roman luxury house, is looking for a passionate and experienced Client Advisor to join its team as a Senior Client Advisor, working alongside the Store Manager. The role centres on delivering an elevated client experience, driving sales performance and building the Fendi community.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate the client experience by immersing clients in the world of Fendi with expert guidance and personalised service at every touchpoint.
• Drive sales performance by showcasing the full Fendi collection and applying upselling and cross-selling strategies to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Cultivate and expand the Fendi community through CRM activities, exclusive events and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Keep meticulous stock management and follow all security compliance protocols.
