Senior BIM Modeller – Fire & Hydraulics

About the role

AECOM is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller with strong Fire and Hydraulic expertise to join its National Building Engineering team. The role supports multidisciplinary design services for Defence, Healthcare, Aviation, Education, Commercial and Civil Infrastructure projects across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage BIM data requirements throughout design and construction phases for fire protection and hydraulic systems.
• Produce accurate BIM models, drawings and reports, and coordinate with internal BIM technicians and designers.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings using model management, clash detection and ISO19650 standards.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of experience in Fire Protection, Hydraulics or Building Services BIM modelling.
• Ability to chair BIM workshops, communicate effectively with stakeholders and create reports or VR presentations.
• Australian citizenship and current defence clearance are preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI.
