Senior BIM Modeller - Building Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Modeller specialised in Building Services to join our multidisciplinary design team in Sydney. You will support a wide range of projects across defence, healthcare, aviation, education, commercial and civil infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all BIM data requirements throughout design and construction phases.
• Collaborate with BIM Technicians and designers to produce accurate drawings and models that meet client goals and project KPIs.
• Generate reports for design managers and integrate BIM data with project controls systems.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings using BIM coordination, clash detection and ISO19650 standards.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of Building Services BIM modelling experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection or Hydraulics).
• Strong communication skills to chair workshops, create reports and deliver VR presentations.
• Australian citizenship preferred and current defence clearance highly regarded.

Required skills

• Advanced Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Revizto, Navisworks, Dynamo and Power BI.
• Proficiency in BIM coordination, clash detection and ISO19650.
