Senior Associate – Executive Search

About the role

The Senior Associate will support the full executive recruiting lifecycle, from defining search strategies to placing senior leaders. Working closely with Search Partners and Principals, you will gain hands‑on experience and mentorship in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop position specifications and search strategies together with the Consultant.
• Research industries and map executive talent landscapes to provide market insights.
• Contact and interview prospective candidates, assess fit, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Prepare candidate assessments, present candidates to clients, and maintain ongoing candidate relationships.
• Assist with client relationship management and contribute to business development materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of transferable recruiting experience, preferably in executive search or professional services.
• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field such as psychology, law, business or commerce.
• Strong research orientation, critical thinking and data‑assessment abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in presenting information.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external clients and candidates, influencing productive partnerships.
