Senior Sales Recruiter (Revenue Talent Partner)

About the role

MissionKong is scaling rapidly and needs a Senior Sales Recruiter to build a world‑class revenue engine. You will act as a strategic talent partner, assessing candidates with a MEDDIC‑driven approach and ensuring they have the DNA to close six‑figure deals in a fast‑paced scale‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct MEDDIC‑driven assessments, probing candidates on deal mechanics, economic buyers, metrics and forecasting accuracy.
• Strategically source and headhunt top‑1% sales talent, mapping competitor organisations and selling the Kong vision to passive candidates.
• Partner with APAC sales leaders to define hiring standards, provide market data on salaries and talent density, and challenge hiring managers when needed.
• Drive a rigorous interview process that balances speed with quality, mentor other recruiters on sales terminology and track conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting senior enterprise and commercial sales roles, preferably in high‑growth SaaS or scale‑up environments.
• Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC) and ability to evaluate sales acumen and deal execution skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior sales leadership.
