Senior Architect – Residential & Mixed-Use

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead high‑quality residential and mixed‑use projects from concept through to completion in our Sydney studio. The role offers mentorship, CPD, flexible working and genuine professional development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to residential and mixed‑use projects across multiple stages, from design concept to construction documentation.
• Develop design concepts, drive design resolution, and produce high‑quality construction documentation.
• Coordinate consultants, manage key project deliverables and ensure design and technical standards are met.
• Engage confidently with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Support project teams and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Architecture degree with relevant professional qualification.
• 6+ years of architectural experience, preferably in residential/multi‑residential projects.
• Strong design and technical capabilities, with proven experience producing construction documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Practical experience with Revit.
