Senior Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join the FP&A Corporate & Reporting team at Pilbara Minerals to help build a best‑in‑class finance planning function. You will support budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision‑making for the Group and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the organisational planning and reporting cycle, ensuring smooth execution of monthly, quarterly and annual processes.
• Prepare Management and Board reporting presentations, analysing financial and operational results and surfacing key business drivers.
• Analyse key business drivers, trends and variances against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and provide recommendations for key business decisions.
• Identify and drive automation of manual processes to improve efficiency and data reliability.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Business with CA/CPA accreditation.
• 4+ years post‑graduate experience in FP&A, management accounting or CFO advisory, preferably in mining/resources.
• Self‑starter with ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and clear communication of complex information.

Required skills

• Financial modelling and robust financial analysis.
• Experience with Pronto, Anaplan and Power BI (highly regarded).
