About the role
Bosta, an overnight delivery provider for e‑commerce in Egypt, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to manage daily AP activities and support its fast‑growing logistics platform.
Key responsibilities
- Record invoices in Oracle NetSuite and validate cost centers and GL codes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve invoice approval processes.
- Execute weekly payment runs for employee expenses and both domestic and foreign vendors.
- Verify vendor documentation before entry into NetSuite and review open purchase orders.
- Analyze expense reports and invoices for accuracy and eligibility.
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments, responding to vendor inquiries.
- Organize month‑end closing activities, perform special analyses, and maintain audit‑ready records.
- Provide tax reports to the tax advisor as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior accounting role.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Oracle NetSuite.
