Senior Account Manager - South Australia

About the role

ARBEX, a Kimberly-Clark business, is hiring a Senior Account Manager for South Australia to represent Kimberly-Clark Professional across the state. This is a broad, hands-on B2B sales role covering metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, with a diverse customer portfolio including healthcare and government, industrial and food manufacturing, and commercial facilities and offices. The role starts in January 2027 and suits someone who takes ownership of their territory and builds long-term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of end-user customers and distributor relationships across South Australia
• Build relationships with new and existing key decision-makers and grow the business
• Develop opportunities in healthcare and government, industrial, food manufacturing, commercial facilities and office environments
• Use customer, market and sales insights to recommend solutions and uncover innovation opportunities
• Activate integrated commercial programs and national account initiatives locally
• Maintain a strong understanding of products, customers, market trends and competition

Required profile

• B2B sales experience in account management, business development or a similar customer-facing role
• Ability to develop existing accounts, build new relationships and meet sales and account KPIs
• Commercial, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Confidence using customer and sales data to prioritise opportunities and plan the territory
• Preferred: experience with both end-users and distributors, sales in healthcare, hygiene, industrial, manufacturing or food production, and familiarity with the South Australian market
