Senior Account Manager – Solid Tumours (Vic East & Tasmania)

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson’s Oncology portfolio as a Senior Account Manager focusing on solid tumours, specifically prostate and lung cancer products, covering the Victorian East and Tasmanian territories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer engagement targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain long‑term, value‑based relationships with oncology stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute key account plans and grow the solid tumours portfolio.
• Leverage market trends and insights to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in business or science.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Proven key‑account management experience with strong business acumen.
• Strategic mindset with competitor awareness and prioritisation skills.

Required skills

• Ability to understand and communicate product and clinical information confidently.
• Experience uncovering customer needs and adapting sales approaches.
