About the role
Join TripMania as an SDR / Sales Executive and help drive growth in the housing and accommodation market. This remote, entry‑level position offers a fast‑track launch for a sales career.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify decision‑makers in the housing sector.
- Run discovery calls to qualify opportunities and understand client needs.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of high‑quality leads.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to transition qualified leads and support deal closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to engage in cold calling and proactive outreach.
- Resilient, resourceful and able to handle objections positively.
Required skills
- Comfort with CRM software for lead management.
