Senior Account Executive, Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its Corporate division and act as a trusted adviser focused on delivering value to customers. The role centres on engaging customers with LinkedIn's Talent and Learning solutions, acting as an internal advocate for each client while striving to meet or exceed revenue goals. The work location is hybrid, split between home and the LinkedIn office on select days.

Key responsibilities

• Research the customer's business and prepare thoughtful questions and insights before meetings
• Ask layered, open-ended questions to understand objectives and challenges beyond the surface
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders vertically and horizontally across the customer's organisation
• Lead with solutions rather than products, and sell with integrity by driving a shared vision
• Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and overcome objections
• Mitigate churn risk and drive customer growth by identifying opportunities to increase value
• Map key stakeholders, plan accounts and forecast territory, and agree joint accountability with colleagues
• Use CRM and other sales tools to manage the sales and buyer cycles

Required profile

• 5+ years of applicable sales experience
• Preferred: BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field
• Preferred: experience carrying a revenue target and developing strategies to deliver results

• Preferred: experience with HR software and SaaS opportunities
• Preferred: experience selling IT solutions and knowledge of software contract terms
